Energy Therapist · Subconscious AlchemistAn ambassador to the invisible, Dr. Patrice Khan's work bridges science, somatics, and the unseen — guiding individuals to release deeply held patterns in the body and subconscious. Her integrative approach supports the shift from awareness into embodied, lasting transformation, helping clients move from feeling stuck to grounded, clear, and deeply connected within themselves.
Fiza Chaudhri
Yoga, Reiki & Breathwork Practitioner · Co-Founder, BeyulFiza is a movement and breathwork practitioner with over ten years of teaching experience and twenty years of personal practice. Her work integrates Yoga (RYT 500), Reiki, Somatic Healing, Pranayama, Medical Qigong, and 9D Breathwork (Verified Facilitator), with a focus on nervous system regulation and emotional integration.

Step 1 — fill the booking formBegin by filling out the booking form with your details.
This helps us understand who will be joining us and gives us the information we need to start preparing for your stay.
Step 2 — make the paymentTo confirm your place, please make the full payment.
Any additional costs during your stay, such as extra logistics or snacks and beverages, will be billed the night before check-out.
Step 3 — confirmationOnce the payment is made, please send us a screenshot so we can confirm your spot.
We'll be in touch with arrival information, travel guidance, and everything you need to prepare for your time at Unbound.

To secure your place, 30% of the total retreat fee is required as a non-refundable booking deposit.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Before August 15, 2026 (end of Early Bird): Your remaining balance will be refunded in full, minus the non-refundable booking deposit.
August 16 – September 1, 2026: 50% of your remaining balance will be refunded.
September 2 – September 15, 2026: No refund will be issued; however, you'll receive a 50% credit toward a future UNBOUND retreat.
On or after September 15, 2026, or in the case of a no-show: No refund or credit can be offered.
If, in the unlikely event, UNBOUND needs to cancel or postpone the retreat, you'll have the option of receiving either a full refund or a full credit toward a future retreat.

UNBOUND is for anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves through breath, movement, stillness, and reflection. Whether you're navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing to slow down, you're welcome exactly as you are. No previous experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation is required.

Not at all. The retreat is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Every session is guided with care and adapted to meet you where you are.

Airport transfers between Skardu Airport and Beyul.

Flights to and from Skardu are not included. Any personal expenses or travel insurance are also the responsibility of each participant.

Your journey begins by flying to Skardu Airport, the nearest airport to Beyul Micro Resort.
From there, we'll arrange your airport transfer to the retreat venue in Shigar Valley, so you won't need to worry about local transportation.
We recommend booking your flights as early as possible, as seats to Skardu can fill up quickly during the season.
Please note that flights to and from Skardu are not included in the retreat price, but airport transfers between Skardu Airport and Beyul are.

Wi-Fi is available at Beyul, but connectivity in the mountains depends on local service providers and weather conditions.
While many guests are able to stay connected, a strong or uninterrupted internet connection cannot be guaranteed.
We encourage guests to embrace this as an opportunity to disconnect from the demands of everyday life and fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience.
If you have important work or calls to attend to, we recommend planning accordingly before your stay.

At Beyul, you will stay in comfortable, insulated & heated rooms with hot running water and stunning views of the Karakoram mountains.
Guests can choose between shared and private rooms, subject to availability.

If you have dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when completing your booking form. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
