I came to this work through a need to integrate what I was feeling, sadness, joy, restlessness, and to ground myself in the intensity of my days, my body, and the world around me.

Breath entered my life as a way to understand my place in the universe.
Through breath, I experienced expansion, grounding, and deep stillness. It became a bridge between the physical and the internal, a way to access altered states gently, consciously, and with care.
My breathwork is grounded and intentional, rooted in precision and presence.

Sound layers such as binaural beats, 432Hz music, and NLP help access the subconscious mind and release stored trauma, emotions, and tension.
It acts as a deep nervous system reset, aiming to transform mental patterns and enhance overall well-being.
