I came to this work through a need to integrate what I was feeling, sadness, joy, restlessness, and to ground myself in the intensity of my days, my body, and the world around me.
500 Hour Yoga Alliance CertifiedMovement found me when I needed a way to meet my body, not to shape it, but to listen to it.
Through pain, tension, and physical overwhelm, movement became a way to integrate emotion and create space where there was contraction.
My approach is intuitive and responsive, guided by breath, sensation, and what is present rather than fixed sequences.

This session combines traditional yoga asana with Qi Gong, breathwork, and mindful functional movement ending in stillness - guided by your nervous system, body, and current life context.
A practice blending intentional movement, breathing techniques, and conscious awareness to improve joint health, increase flexibility, and strengthen the nervous system.
It is adapted in real time to support grounding, clarity, and embodied awareness.
