Her work integrates reported narrative, personal essay, memoir and op-ed craft, with a focus on finding the concrete detail that carries the emotion.

Yoga, Reiki & Breathwork Practitioner · Co-Founder, Beyul

Fiza is a movement and breathwork practitioner with over ten years of teaching experience and twenty years of personal practice. Her work integrates Yoga (RYT 500), Reiki, Somatic Healing, Pranayama, Medical Qigong, and 9D Breathwork (Verified Facilitator), with a focus on nervous system regulation and emotional integration.

BREATHE WRITE is for anyone longing for space to slow down, pay attention, and reconnect with their creative self.
You don’t need to consider yourself a writer or have an established writing practice to join, only a willingness to explore, write, breathe, and be present.
Not at all. Muna’s workshops are open to writers of all levels, from those who write regularly to those who are simply curious about putting their thoughts and experiences into words.
Your retreat includes:
- Four incredible nights at Beyul Micro Resort
- Writing workshops with Muna
- Breathwork & movement with Fiza
- Desert expeditions and stargazing nights
- 3 healthy meals every day
- Airport transfers between Skardu Airport and Beyul.
Flights to and from Skardu are not included. Any personal expenses or travel insurance are also the responsibility of each participant.
Your journey begins by flying to Skardu Airport, the nearest airport to Beyul Micro Resort.
From there, we'll arrange your airport transfer to the retreat venue in Shigar Valley, so you won't need to worry about local transportation.
We recommend booking your flights as early as possible, as seats to Skardu can fill up quickly during the season.
Please note that flights to and from Skardu are not included in the retreat price, but airport transfers between Skardu Airport and Beyul are.
Wi-Fi is available at Beyul, but connectivity in the mountains depends on local service providers and weather conditions.
While many guests are able to stay connected, a strong or uninterrupted internet connection cannot be guaranteed.
We encourage guests to embrace this as an opportunity to disconnect from the demands of everyday life and fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience.
If you have important work or calls to attend to, we recommend planning accordingly before your stay.
At Beyul, you will stay in comfortable, insulated & heated rooms with hot running water and stunning views of the Karakoram mountains.
Guests can choose between shared and private rooms, subject to availability.
If you have dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when completing your booking form. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Before September 15, 2026 (end of Early Bird): Your remaining balance will be refunded in full, minus the non-refundable booking deposit.
- September 16 – October 1, 2026: 50% of your remaining balance will be refunded.
- October 2 – October 15, 2026: No refund will be issued; however, you'll receive a 50% credit toward a future retreat.
- On or after October 15, 2026, or in the case of a no-show: No refund or credit can be offered.
If, in the unlikely event, we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, you'll have the option of receiving either a full refund or a full credit toward a future retreat.
